1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the taya game platform, available at tayagame.best, including all sports betting, live casino, card game, and other gaming services offered by taya game (the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on taya game, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

  • You must be a resident of the Philippines and physically located in the Philippines when placing bets or accessing casino games.
  • You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of taya game or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or service partners.
  • You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or regulatory prohibition from online gambling in any jurisdiction.
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. All information provided must be accurate and complete. Providing false information during registration is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

Taya game may, at its discretion, require documentary verification of any information provided at registration – including a government-issued ID, proof of address, or additional identity documents – before approving your account or processing any withdrawal request.

3Account Responsibilities

Each player is permitted to hold only one active taya game account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, whether in the same name or different names, are strictly prohibited. Taya game reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to withhold any balances associated with them pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for the security of your taya game account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Taya game will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify taya game immediately at support@tayagame.best if you believe your account credentials have been compromised. Taya game may temporarily suspend your account as a protective measure while the matter is investigated.

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal and payment details associated with your account remain accurate and up to date. Outdated or inaccurate account information may delay or prevent withdrawal processing.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Taya game accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Taya game does not accept foreign currency deposits.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via qualifying payment methods are typically credited to your taya game wallet instantly or within a few minutes. Taya game is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the payment method(s) registered under the same name as your taya game account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Taya game will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Withdrawal requests may be subject to a verification review before processing. Where identity or payment verification has not been completed, taya game may hold the withdrawal pending receipt of satisfactory documentation. Taya game aims to process verified withdrawal requests within three business hours for e-wallet methods and within two business days for bank transfers.

Note: Taya game does not charge platform-side processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are the responsibility of the player.

Taya game reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to your wallet if identity verification cannot be completed. In cases of suspected fraudulent activity, taya game may freeze withdrawal processing pending the outcome of an investigation.

5Betting Rules

All bets placed on taya game are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, competition, or game type, in addition to these general Terms. Specific betting rules are available within the relevant section of the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

Bets are not accepted from individuals who have insider knowledge, non-public information, or any other informational advantage that is not available to the general public at the time the bet is placed. Taya game reserves the right to void any bet where there is reasonable evidence of such an advantage being exploited.

Taya game reserves the right to limit or decline any bet without giving a reason. This includes the right to set maximum stake limits for individual players or for specific markets. Taya game also reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the odds were clearly published in error.

Where a sporting event is postponed and subsequently rescheduled within 48 hours of the original kick-off or start time, bets may remain valid depending on the competition and specific market. Events not played within the defined rescheduling window will be voided and stakes returned. Full event-specific settlement rules are available on the Platform.

6Live Betting

Live in-play betting on taya game allows players to place bets on events that are already in progress. Live betting markets are subject to the same general betting rules described in Section 5, with the additional conditions described here.

Due to the real-time nature of live betting, there may be a delay between an on-field event occurring and that event being reflected in the available live odds. Taya game reserves the right to void any bet where it can be demonstrated that the bet was placed after a material outcome had already occurred but before that outcome was reflected in the live odds feed. This includes but is not limited to bets placed after a goal has been scored, a penalty has been awarded, a player has been sent off, or a point has been scored.

Live betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event, at the discretion of taya game or its odds providers. Bets already confirmed before a suspension are unaffected. Bets that were not confirmed before the suspension was applied will not be accepted.

7Bonuses & Promotions

Taya game offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms take precedence.

Unless otherwise specified in a promotion's specific terms, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount. This means that before a bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn, the player must have placed qualifying bets totalling at least ten times the bonus value.

  • Bonus funds may not be used to place bets that have a guaranteed or near-guaranteed return regardless of outcome.
  • Bonus funds are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash until wagering requirements are fully met.
  • Where a player holds both a real-money balance and a bonus balance, real-money funds are wagered first unless specified otherwise.
  • Taya game reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
  • Players found to be abusing bonus systems – including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or other bonus manipulation tactics – will have bonuses revoked and accounts may be suspended.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the taya game Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

  • Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or under another person's name.
  • Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration or verification.
  • Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal purpose.
  • Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology designed to disguise your actual geographic location.
  • Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or pricing errors in odds to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Coordinating bets with other players in a manner designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
  • Using automated betting software, bots, or any other system that places bets programmatically without human intervention for each bet.
  • Making threats, engaging in harassment, or using abusive language towards taya game staff or other players.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to taya game systems, servers, or other players' accounts.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the taya game Platform, including but not limited to logos, branding, software, graphics, text, odds data, and game interfaces, is the intellectual property of taya game or its licensed providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or otherwise exploit any taya game content without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of taya game's intellectual property may constitute a violation of Philippine intellectual property law and will be pursued accordingly.

10Privacy & Data

12Limitation of Liability

Taya game does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Temporary service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond taya game's reasonable control. Taya game will not be liable for any losses incurred during a period of service interruption.

Taya game's total liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13Account Suspension & Closure

Taya game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any section of these Terms.
  • Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
  • Suspected involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
  • Suspicion of account compromise or unauthorised third-party access.
  • Request by the relevant Philippine regulatory authority.
  • Discovery that the player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, taya game reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where closure is for any other reason and no breach has been established, the remaining account balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their taya game account may do so by contacting customer support. A voluntary closure will be processed once all outstanding bets have been settled and any pending withdrawal requests have been completed.

14Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the taya game Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Taya game will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a resolution within seven business days. 15Amendments to These Terms
